Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email returns@shopcoastalknot.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Due to our limited, small-batch collections, many pieces are one-of-a-kind and may not be available for direct exchange.
We recommend placing a new order once your return is approved to secure availability.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
